HALA was a new audio performance by Giuseppe Mistretta in which synthesis was utilised to facilitate the cross fertilisation of ideas, senses and sounds in a non-linguistic, non-physical form.
HALA was the outcome of a studio residency at House for an Art Lover supported by Creative Scotland.
Giuseppe Mistretta lives and works in Glasgow. Solo exhibitions include: Ear Defenders, Glasgow Project Room; The Braille Room, Intermedia Gallery, Glasgow. Group exhibitions and projects include: Radiophrenia, CCA, Glasgow & 87.9FM; Gold Panning, Market Gallery, Glasgow; Dancehall 11, Castlefield Gallery, Manchester; A Plume Annual Vol 1; The Burning Sand Vol V; Happy Hypocrite Issue 7.
